I first got in touch with David in march 2018 for a diet plan in order to shed weight for my first half marathon, I've now lost 35 pounds in weight, run 4 half marathons and training for the London marathon. I'm now doing personal training sessions with David, I'm not much of a gym goer and my plan was to tone up and get bring my running PB's down. I'm quite a shy person but David he's always approachable and friendly, pushes you to the best you can do but always in an encouraging way! I have been working out with David for quite some time now, approximately 5 months. And what a time it was! He helped me to transform from a person who’d find literally every excuse not to go to the gym (‘it looks like it might rain, I’d better stay home’) into a real fitness lover (‘oh no, it’s rest day, what will I do?!’;)). He is skilled, has extensive knowledge about fitness and it’s plain to see that training people is his true passion. Sessions with David are really tough and challenging, but he knows exactly how to encourage you, push you to your limits and he believes in you even when you don’t.
