David

I’m David, the founder of HD Fitness. I have been personal training for almost 10 years now. My passion for helping people like you get the body of your dreams only gets stronger the longer I am in the field. I have worked hard to become the trainer I am today, completing various courses and working alongside some of the best trainers and nutrition coaches in the country.

Over the years I have helped people lose weight, gain muscle and strength, but most importantly I help people to create a lifestyle and a physique that is maintainable throughout day to day life. I believe I am successful in doing so as I have first hand experience of the process through my own transformations and preparation for physique competitions, meaning I am able to sympathise and understand the struggles, both mentally and physically, that transformation training has on the individual.

I have been training 13 years now and I still love every bit of it as I did when I first started. My initial goal was weight loss so my focus was mainly on the cardio and Hit workouts. I then started to add weight training to the mix and noticed a big difference in both my weight and body shape, this changed my whole perception of training.

Three years ago I decided to get qualified as a personal trainer, as I realised my goal in life is to help people find their own way and look at fitness as a journey and not a destination! I’ve helped numerous amounts of clients along the way and further educated them through fitness and nutrition, whether online or 1-2-1 personal training.
